KTM Travel is an Australian travel agency. I built their website and continue to run it for them as a monthly managed service — hosting, updates, content changes and operational support.

1. Scope
We talk through the problem and I write down what I think it takes. You get a fixed quote or an hourly estimate before any work begins.
2. Build
I build it, showing you working software as it goes rather than status reports. Fixed-scope projects take a deposit up front and the balance on delivery.
3. Run
Most systems need someone accountable once they are live. Ongoing operations are a monthly retainer you can cancel with 30 days notice.
