Five distinct services. Every engagement is quoted in writing before work starts — the figures below are starting points, not a fixed rate card. All amounts are in Australian dollars.

Fixed-scope projects are quoted as a single figure against a written scope. A deposit of 50% is payable before work begins and the balance on delivery. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.
Hourly consulting is billed at A$95 per hour in six-minute increments, invoiced monthly in arrears with a breakdown of hours.
Monthly retainers cover hosting, monitoring, updates and a named contact for faults. They are invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled by either side with 30 days written notice.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). This business is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and invoices are issued without a GST component. Invoices are payable 14 days from issue. Seehow to pay for accepted payment methods, andrefunds and cancellations for the cancellation terms.
