Payments
All work is invoiced. Invoices are issued by email in Australian dollars and can be paid by card or by bank transfer — whichever suits you.
Invoices include a secure payment link. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and are never seen, handled or stored by this business.
Australian bank transfer (EFT) is accepted. Account details appear on every invoice. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference.
Bank transfers usually clear within one to two business days.
Card payments appear on your statement as a charge from Bishal Dhakal. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact me before raising a dispute — it is almost always resolved faster that way.
Invoices unpaid 14 days after issue are followed up by email. Where an account remains unpaid 30 days after issue, I may suspend ongoing services — including hosting and support — after giving seven days written notice. Services are restored once the account is settled.
If something on an invoice looks wrong, email bishal@bishaldhakal.com with the invoice number and I will look at it within one business day. Disputed amounts are put on hold while we sort them out; undisputed amounts remain payable.
